Worm Mush TD is a tower defense game that’s been designed from the ground up for mobile. Fast gameplay, comfortable controls with a bizarre but charming story.
As the one and only 3D artist in my team, I was very involved in finding and implementing the artstyle. So I designed the modular environment, the four enemy types, the house in several states and the four different defense towers. The assets had to be designed and implemented in a way that was very polygon-saving for mobile. I also designed the game logo and press materials.
It was created in the third semester of the training as a digital artist. In total we had 38 project days.
